Price List
Hourly at your location
You contract with us and we provide all tests at no additional costs. You can charge your own fees if you wish. We will send one machine for VO2 and RMR testing and one for Body Composition, along with one qualified tester. If you need more people and machines to test let us know and we will quote you separately.
Cost Per Hour 3-hour minimum
We will bring testing equipment for
- Resting Metabolic Rate
- VO2 Testing
- Segmented Body Composition
* All tests will come with a printed report and/or viewable online results.
Stationary Bike or Treadmill (Delivery & Pick up fee)
Required for VO2 testing. Not needed if you have equipment onsite that we can use.
Breathing Tube & Hose
This item is required for each person who will be taking a VO2 or RMR test. We do not reuse the mouthpiece or breathing tube. Clients can keep these for future tests.

Resting metabolic rate (RMR) is the measurement of how much food, or energy, is required to maintain basic body functions. Includes Caloric Maintenance and Weight Loss amounts.
